This app helps you to keep your breath longer.
1-2x per week is sufficient.
1. Determine the maximum time you can hold your breath.
2. Enter this time at the time-tab and press "Set" to apply the value. The app automatically calculates 40% of your maximum time. This value is your trainings time.
3. Just relax and push the start button when you are ready to hold your breath.
4. Now follow 8 cycles by increasingly shorter intervals.
5. If you manage all 8 cycles, increase the output value.
